SITE VISIT – General Information
When you visit our site we may collect information and data. This collection of information will be broad in that we will gain data with respect to pages accessed, date of the site visit and navigation etc. to essentially improve our site. We will not identify users and therefore will be unable to publish, in any form, information that identifies individuals or addresses. As mainly an information and reference site we will not use cookies.

With our normal online email activities we will record your address and details should we receive your message. Inclusion of your address, phone and facsimile number means we will contact you by your preferred communication medium. Incoming emails will only be used for the purpose they were intended and it will not be disclosed without your consent. It is not possible to guarantee the security of email. We therefore request that no personal information be communicated by email and any forms downloaded off our site or other sites, that are complete with personal details, be supplied to us in person.
